Santa Rita, Guam (Oct. 27, 2005) – U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Daniel Williams, a member of Naval Base Guam Security Force’s Harbor Patrol, inspects a Global Positioning System (GPS) at the Coxswain’s Helm aboard a 28-foot harbor patrol craft. This inspection is a routine part of the pre-underway check-off list. Harbor Patrol provides waterside security for Naval assets within Apra Harbor and provides security escorts for naval vessels.
